So when we say we are looking for a talent acquisition manager yes, we want someone with a passion for developing a talented and diverse workforce but we also need another team member who will do what it takes to help us shape an amazing team and culture.
Own the recruiting process from start to finish - from working with department heads to determine essential position requirements to preparing and sending the offer letters.
Build and track a strong pipeline of talent through creative sourcing including posting on job boards, searching databases to identify potential candidates, posting on social media, attending job fairs etc.
Assessment, implementation and management of an applicant tracking system
Perform phone screenings and make recommendations to the hiring managers for advancement to the next interview round
Design and implement an overall company recruitment strategy with a focus on diversity and inclusion
Manage the interview logistics of phone screenings, interviews and writing assessments
Seek out and attend job fairs. While work remains remote during the pandemic, finding ways to attract talent virtually including passive sourcing platforms, active candidate marketplaces, and applicant tracking systems.
Be a strategic advisor by conducting and presenting analytical recruiting reports and strategy to share with the leadership team
Draft new job descriptions and interview materials in collaboration with other departments.
Are a self-starter that has previous experience setting and managing goals for yourself
Are a people person, excited to be the first point of contact for Enovational and attend job fairs where you will speak to hundreds of interested candidates
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are a natural relationship builder
Are excited to learn about the nuances of individual roles and collaborate with experts on how to incorporate that into recruiting materials and phone screening
Are genuinely passionate about what you do. You are a perpetual learner and excited to experiment with new tools, processes, methods, and ideas.
Take initiative, aren’t afraid to fail, ask thoughtful questions, and constantly seek better ways of working and communicating.
Have a positive yet practical attitude. You are willing to take on any task that might help take one of our products a little further.
Do not have experience determining own priorities or self-managing a recruitment process
Are uncomfortable working directly with and meeting potential hires, virtually (for now) and in-person (once we are back in the office)
Are not comfortable with showing unfinished work to peers, users, or clients in order to discuss the approach and get feedback.
Work better in structured environments or have trouble with ambiguity and uncertainty.
Candidates for this position will at least be passionate in recruiting and our ideal candidate will be a recruiting wiz with a bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business or something in a related field with 2-3 years of recruiting experience. Experience with hiring technical talent is a plus.
