When we say that we are looking for a Scrum Master, yes, we need someone with traditional Scrum Master experience, but it is also important to note that we are looking for a team member who will grow exponentially with Enovational.
What You Might Do On Any Given Day:
- Lead daily Scrum meetings.
- Run planning meetings.
- Manage the Kanban board, backlog, assess, and remove impediments.
- Communicate the health of the current projects to clients and team members at the Program level.
- Leading retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint, working with the team to understand what went well, what can be improved, and what changes are going to be committed to during the next Sprint.
Helping coach team members who may not be familiar with Agile philosophy and Scrum framework.
Implementing the artifacts, events, and roles associated with The Scrum Framework where they may not exist.
